No. I build a custom site for your business, not a template with monthly builder fees. That means it loads faster, stays cleaner, and you're not stuck paying forever for a slow site you don't really control.

Usually, I build fresh. Most existing trades sites are on a template that's slow or hard to update, so a rebuild gets you a faster, cleaner site rather than patching an old one. Your domain, content, and reviews carry over. Nothing gets lost, and nothing changes for your customers except the site loading faster and the call button being easier to find.

Any old page address that changes gets a redirect to the new one, so Google and anyone with an old link still lands in the right place. Then we watch your rankings closely in the first weeks. I don't promise numbers, and anyone who does is selling you. The monthly rate pays for me staying on it: keeping it updated and maintained so you keep showing up when people search Google or ask ChatGPT, adding new services as your business grows, and fixing anything customers find confusing or that isn't turning into calls.

I stay on it. That means adding content as you need it, improving how the site works, and keeping you showing up on Google and AI chats, with bi-weekly check-ins. You talk to me directly, not a ticket queue.

A stale site is what you get when you build once and never touch it again. Design and tech move on; the site stays put. I start with what's costing you calls: speed, mobile layout, outdated design, thin service pages, and how easy the phone number is to find. Sometimes a focused refresh is enough. Often it's cleaner to rebuild. Either way you end up current, and you stay current because I keep working on it after launch.

You're not stuck, even if someone else built and hosted your site. I take over sites from developers who've disappeared. First we sort out ownership: your domain registrar, hosting, DNS, and your Google Business Profile. If the old site sits on a platform you don't control, I rebuild it fresh on your own domain and carry your content, photos, and reviews over. When we're done, everything is in your name and you hold the logins.
